Cornerstone Home Interiors Refund Policy

We strive to offer the highest quality products at Cornerstone Home Interiors. However, we understand there may be times when an item needs to be returned. This policy outlines our refund process and guidelines.

Damage Reporting

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product thoroughly. If there are any issues related to structural damage, It is best to notify us right away before you accept the delivery. If you do accept the delivery, You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.

Original Packaging Requirement

We take great care in packaging our products for shipment. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging. This includes orders where assembly service has been requested. It's the customer's responsibility to retain the original packaging.

Product Condition

Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused, new condition. Any products with scratches, stains, damages, alterations, or any other modifications will not be returnable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
