Welcome to Cornerstone Home Customer Care. Our goal is to provide the best possible customer experience. It starts with examining all sold goods with our customers before they leave our stores and providing product care information for proper maintenance.
 
Cornerstone does not provide any warranty or guarantee expressed, stated or implied. However, if furniture should incur damage post sale believed to be a result of poor construction and not misuse we will act as a facilitator on your behalf for warranties extended by the manufacturer or those covered under an extended warranty protection plan which was made available at the time of purchase. This coverage is applicable for damage incurred under normal use and conditions. If damage is a result of improper use, improper climatic conditions, or deficient maintenance it is not likely that the supplier will absorb costs.
 
In the unlikely event that damage occurs at the time of delivery, Cornerstone is responsible for replacement or repairs. Care and maintenance of all sold goods thereafter is the responsibility of the purchaser.
 
All goods purchased from the showroom floor are sold on a where is/ as is basis, and are priced accordingly. Discounted items are final sale without exception.
 
In order to serve you, please provide your contact information, invoice number, date of purchase and the details of your concern. Please also provide any images and issues of the product you may have. We can then forward them to the relevant manufacturer or protection plan provider for consideration.
 
Once we receive a response from the warranty provider, we will contact you directly. Please allow several days for us to reach out to them for a proposed resolution.
