Purchasing and Payments

At Cornerstone Home Interiors, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, right from the selection of your favorite pieces to their safe delivery at your doorstep.

Please be aware, before we can send out your order, we need to have received payment in full. Our dedicated management team reviews all orders and corrects any potential calculation errors. We're all human, and we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen! If your account balance remains unpaid for 30 days or more, we'll apply a modest service charge of 1% per month (18% annually).

Should you need a refund, we'll process it promptly, either through a mailed check or as a credit to your card. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit, which remains valid for one year from the date of issuance. Please note, store credits can only be applied to purchases made after the date of issuance.

Large Item Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If we agree to accept a return on a larger item, please be aware that we'll charge a restocking fee of 20% plus a pick-up fee, which is equivalent to the original delivery fee. If you picked up the item yourself, we'll calculate the delivery fee based on your location.

Special and Custom Orders

We know how excited you are about your special and custom orders! However, please note that after 72 hours, we cannot cancel these orders. To kick off production, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order value. The balance is due before delivery. If your merchandise is ready but remains undelivered for more than 30 days, it must be paid in full, and we might have to charge a storage fee. Please note that Cornerstone Home Interiors does not provide warranties of suitability or merchantability for any specific location or use.


Once we receive all your materials, we'll start working on your order. Please understand that the delivery time is an estimate and is not guaranteed. We rely on you to ensure that there's adequate access to your premises for the delivery of the purchased items. If there are any unusual delivery requirements, such as hoisting, the associated costs will be your responsibility.
